At our nearly 40,000 square foot production facility, we produce custom designed emergency vehicles of the highest quality. Each step of our production process has been developed with efficiency in mind.
We employ a staff of highly trained, skilled and dedicated craftsmen. Each step of our production process, from fabrication to final delivery, is closely monitored for quality and adherence to the design plans. It is our goal, that at the time of delivery, there are ZERO defects in workmanship.
Before construction begins on each vehicle, Custom Works conducts a Pre-Construction Conference. At this meeting, our staff meets with the customer to develop the scope of work for the vehicle. This scope of work reflects not only the needs of the customer, but the specific mission of the emergency vehicle.
We believe it is important that the customer be involved in every aspect of their vehicle's construction. Throughout the process, the customer is welcome to visit our plant. We also provide each vehicle with it's own production page on our website. This allows the customer to watch their vehicle grow from a set of technical plans to an actual emergency vehicle.
Each page contains the CAD drawings used to construct the vehicle and photos which document the vehicle's progress. New photos are uploaded to each page on a weekly basis.
We feel that this "hands-on" approach gives our customers the opportunity to be actively involved in the entire process.
